Diplomatic Note 2021/7, Third extraordinary meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Convention on Wetlands

The Secretariat would like to remind Contracting Parties of Diplomatic Note 2021/7 (attached), informing Administrative Authorities that the third extraordinary meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Convention on Wetlands will take place online from 25 to 29 October 2021, for the purpose of considering and adopting a budget for the operation of the Convention in 2022 and the postponement of the 14th Meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties (COP14).

Contracting Parties are kindly requested to submit their credentials by email to: excop@ramsar.org as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours after the opening of the meeting on 25 October, as they need to be reviewed by the Credentials Committee.
