Reminder submission of credentials for the ExCOP3 to the Convention on Wetlands

The Secretariat would like to remind Contracting Parties to submit their credentials by email to: excop@ramsar.org as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours after the opening of the meeting on 25 October it means by 27 October 1:00 pm (CEST) as they need to be reviewed by the Credentials Committee.
