Diplomatic Note 2021/12, resumed session Third Extraordinary meeting of the COP to the Convention on Wetlands

Please find attached Diplomatic Note 2021/12 informing Contracting Parties that the Third Extraordinary Meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Convention on Wetlands will resume on 4 November from 13:00 to 16:00 CET, given that a quorum was not reached under Rule 29 of the Rules of Procedure.

Parties which have already registered for the Third Extraordinary Meeting of the Conference of the Parties will be sent a link for the 4 November meeting, which will take place online using the KUDO platform.
