Please note that we have sent Diplomatic Note 2023/1 on annual contributions along with invoices for 2023 to Contracting Parties, via diplomatic channels by post. For your reference, please find attached a generic version of the Diplomatic Note, that does not include the specific details of the customized Diplomatic Note and invoice that have been sent to each Contracting Party.
