The Secretariat of the Convention on Wetlands presents its compliments to the Permanent Missions and Administrative Authorities of the Contracting Parties to the Convention and has the honour to inform the Contracting Parties that the Standing Committee of the Convention held its 62nd meeting from 4 to 8 September 2023.
