Update on preparation of National Reports to the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties

In preparation for the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Convention (COP15) to be held in July 2025 in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, the Secretariat delivered in February 2024 four training webinars on preparation of National Reports to COP15.

 

The training sessions addressed:

i.       the purpose of national reporting;

ii.      the new structure of the COP15 National Report form (NRF) approved by SC62;

iii.     general guidance on how to complete and submit the NRF using the online reporting system (ORS) of the Convention; and

iv.     explanation of how the Secretariat reviews the Reports after their submission by Contracting Parties.

Please note that the deadline for the submission of National Reports is 20 October 2024.
