New proposal for a draft resolution for submission to the Conference Bureau at COP15

The Secretariat has received the attached proposal for a draft resolution from Ukraine, for submission to the Conference Bureau at the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties (COP15).
The Secretariat will accordingly submit the proposal to the Conference Bureau in accordance with Rule 34.4 of the Rules of Procedure (https://www.ramsar.org/document/ramsar-rules-procedure-cop14).
According to Rule 34.6, “A new proposal shall deal only with matters that could not have been foreseen in advance of the meeting or arise out of the discussions at the meeting. The Conference Bureau shall decide if the new proposal meets this requirement, so as to introduce it formally for consideration by the meeting.”
