Indigenous Peoples and local communities’ nominations to the CEPA Oversight Panel 2025-2028

Following the call for nominations for membership of the CEPA Oversight Panel for the 2025-2028 triennium sent on 12 March, 13 May and 18 August 2025, the Secretariat would like to inform Contracting Parties that no nominations were received for the categories of Indigenous Peoples and local communities. As informed by Resolution XV.6, the Panel should include a representative of Indigenous Peoples and a representative of local communities.
Contracting Parties are invited to nominate individuals for these two categories by completing the attached nomination form and including the nominee’s CV and letter of motivation. The deadline for nominations is 19 November 2025. Following this deadline, the Contracting Party members of the CEPA Oversight Panel will review the nominations and select the individuals to serve in these two important categories.
