Please find attached Diplomatic Note 2019/1, which has been sent to Contracting Parties via diplomatic channels.
The 13th meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Ramsar Convention (COP13) was held from 22 to 29 October 2018, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the theme “Wetlands for a Sustainable Urban Future”.
The Conference of the Contracting Parties adopted 25 Resolutions, which can be accessed on the Convention website at the following address: https://www.ramsar.org/about/cop13-resolutions.
