Please find attached Diplomatic Note 2019/8 on this subject, which has been shared with concerned Contracting Parties via diplomatic channels, along with the 2019 invoice that was sent at the beginning of the year and a current statement of contributions for each Party.
This Note has not been sent to Parties which have already paid all their outstanding contributions, or to those which are in contact with the Secretariat regarding payment.
