Side event details
Young people constitute a significant portion of Africa’s population and have the potential to be key drivers of innovative solutions for wetland protection and restoration. Their participation in decision-making processes aligns with the central and transformative promise of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of ‘Living No one Behind’.
